UPDATED SCHEDULE: The museum will be closed to the public Sunday, April 27 for our 2025 Annual Meeting.
The Executive Director, Education and Outreach Manager, and Operations and Events Manager work on a partly remote schedule and are in the office Wednesday-Friday during the museum's open hours. Staff may not be available to answer the phone Monday-Tuesday when the museum is closed or Wednesday-Friday before 11am. If you cannot reach staff by phone, please email shakerhistory@shakerhistory.org or the appropriate email address listed below.
Our Weekend Docent is available 12-5pm on Saturday-Sunday to assist visitors and to answer the phone.
